Returns Policy Overview

Returns of Non-Personalized Items:
You may return new, unopened non-personalized items sold and fulfilled by Seeton Company, LLC within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item purchase price. Customers must call Seeton Company at 800-429-2081 to request an RMA number before returning any items. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the packaging. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and a copy of the order invoice must be included with the item, along with a description of why the item is being returned. Items will not be refunded unless accompanied by an RMA number. The customer is responsible for paying for return postage.

Returning Personalized or Custom made items:
Personalized and custom-made items sold by Seeton Company, LLC are individually made to order using the specifications provided by the customer in the order form. We will not accept returns of items that have been made to the customer's specifications, even if those specifications have included a spelling or other error. While we do try to spot spelling errors in text provided by the customer, we are not responsible for correcting any errors made by the customer when completing the order form. Please review the order carefully before completing your purchase.

If a personalized or customized item has been damaged or broken during shipping, Seeton Company, LLC, will replace the item. No refunds will be issued for items damaged or broken during shipping. The damaged or broken item must be returned by the customer and received by Seeton Company, LLC, before a replacement item will be sent to the customer. No changes can be made to the replacement item. The customer is responsible for paying for postage to return the item. Customers must call Seeton Company at 800-429-2081 to request an RMA number before returning any items. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the packaging. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and a copy of the order invoice must be included with the item, along with a description of why the item is being returned. * The billing name and Order Number from your invoice
* Your contact information.
* A complete description of the damage to the item.
* The date you need to receive the remade item.

We will only accept a returned item that has been personalized or customized if we have made an error in the personalization or customization of the item, or it has been damaged during shipping (see above). The customer is responsible for paying for return postage. Seeton Company, LLC, will replace the item only, no refunds will be issued. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and a copy of the order invoice must be included with the item, along with a description of why the item is being returned. Items will not be refunded unless accompanied by an RMA number. When returning an item, please include the following:
* The billing name and Order Number from your invoice

* A complete description of the error that we made when making your item
* The date you need to receive the remade item, if choosing this option.

Refunds
If a refund has been issued, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. Items may be returned as long as they conform to our return policy as stated on this page.

Invitation and Other Printed Items Returns Policy
We will not accept returns of invitations or other printed items if the items have been printed to the specifications provided in the proof approved by the customer after purchase.
